It is great pleasure for me to write a few lines about a person who is professionally qualified in building quality home, and who made my dream home exactly the way I wanted.

Though building a new home is an exciting experience, it is crucial to find the right builder. Before I started building my home, I interviewed about ten builders. Most of them I was not able to establish a confidence in, except Mr. Param Brar, Valley Ridge Homes.

At my first meeting, I realized he is an honest and straightforward person and his sole concern was not the profit that he was to make out of my home. We met his home designer at least ten times to do the necessary changes my wife and my two children wanted. He was so patient.

As we started the process, he personally intervened to help with most of the fundamental infrastructure that I was supposed to deal with. During the construction progress, he continued to discuss with me of the material he was using and explained the pros and cons of all the types of materials he used.

He built our dream home better than we expected it to be. People who pass by our house never hesitate to stop and say "nice house" if they see us anywhere around the house. Everybody who enters our home, says "Wow".

He built our dream home in 2016. We are happy to show anybody who wishes to walk through our home.
